Amend CSSB 11 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section
181.001(b)(1), Health and Safety Code (House committee printing,
page 1, line 15), strike "person, other than an employer," and
substitute "person".
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 181.051,
Health and Safety Code (House committee printing, page 3, line 21),
strike "or".
      (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 181.051,
Health and Safety Code (House committee printing, page 3, line 23),
between Code" and the period insert the following:
            "; or
            (5)  an employer"
