Amend CSSB 11 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 181.002,
Health and Safety Code (House committee printing, page 2, line 27),
between the period and "This" insert "(a)".
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 181.002,
Health and Safety Code (House committee printing, page 3, between
lines 2 and 3), insert the following subsection:
      (b)  To the extent that this chapter conflicts with another
law with respect to protected health information collected by a
governmental body or unit, this chapter controls.
