Amend CSSB 53 as follows:
      On page 3, line 40, between "Subdivision (2)" and the period
insert the following:
"or (3).  Law enforcement entities shall expedite the furnishing of
such information to department workers to ensure prompt criminal
background checks for the safety of alleged victims and department
workers".
