Amend SB 113 by adding Subsection (e) in SECTION 2 of the
bill (Committee Printing, page 1, line 63):
      (e)  It is a defense to prosecution under this section that:
      (6)  The person is operating a commercial vehicle registered
as a farm vehicle under the provisions of Sec. 502.163 of the
Transportation Code and that does not have a gross weight,
registered weight, or gross weight rating of 48,000 pounds or
more.
