Amend SB 187 (Senate Engrossment) as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, line 21, after "governor" and before the
semicolon, insert ", including one representative from a junior
college district".
      (2)  On page 2, line 24, after "governor" and before the
semicolon, insert ", including one representative from a rural
area".
      (3)  On page 3, line 1, after "governor" and before the
semicolon, insert ", including one representative from a rural
area".
      (4)  On page 3, line 2, after "governor" and before the
period, insert ", including one representative from a rural area".
