Amend SB 187, on third reading, as follows:
      (1)  In Subsection (f), Section 2054.252, Government Code, as
added on second reading by Amendment No. 3 by Maxey (page 3, lines
4 and 5, of the amendment), strike ", in cooperation with the
Legislative Budget Board,".
      (2)  Strike the second sentence of Subsection (d), Section
2054.2606, Government Code, as added on second reading by Amendment
No. 3 by Maxey (page 5, lines 28-30, of the amendment), which
reads:  The amount of the fee prescribed under this subsection must
be approved by the Legislative Budget Board.
      (3)  Add a new section to the bill, appropriately numbered,
to read as follows:
      SECTION __. Section 2054.252(h), Government Code, as added by
this Act, expires September 1, 2005.
