Amend SB 217 by adding the following appropriately numbered
SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS
appropriately:
      SECTION ____. Section 542.007(a), Transportation Code, is
amended to read as follows:
      (a)  This section applies only to a subdivision that is
located in the unincorporated area of a county with a population of
100,000 <10,000> or less.
