Amend SB 218 (Senate Committee Printing) as follows:
      (1)  Strike SECTION 2 of the bill.
      (2)  Renumber the existing sections appropriately.
      (3)  On page 2, line 3 (in proposed Section 39.203), strike
the word "widely."
