Amend CSSB 274 as follows:
      (1)  In the caption (Committee Printing page 1, line 12),
between "District" and the period, insert "and Harris County
Hospital District"
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the heading to Section
281.095, Health and Safety Code (Committee printing page 1, line
17), strike ":  BEXAR COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT" and substitute "BY
CERTAIN HOSPITAL DISTRICTS"
      (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Subsection (a), Section
281.095, Health and Safety Code (Committee printing page 1, line
18), between "District" and the period, insert "or Harris County
Hospital District"
