Amend SB 299 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 12, after "(2)" insert "a statement
signed by an officer of the non-profit disaster relief organization
that the vehicle has not been used for any purpose other than
emergencies and qualifies for registration under this section; and"
      (2)  On page 1, line 15, reinstate paragraph "(3)".
