Amend CSSB 322 (house committee report) as follows:
      (1) In Article 10 of the bill, strike SECTION 10.01 (page
143, line 13 through page 144, line 14) and renumber subsequent
SECTIONS accordingly.
      (2) In Article 10 of the bill, strike SECTION 10.10 (page
152, lines 6-15) and renumber subsequent SECTIONS accordingly.
