Amend CSSB 355 as follows:
      (1)  In Section 1 of the bill, in amended Section 242.501(a),
Health and Safety Code (committee printing, page 1, line 40),
strike "any expected effects, clinically possible" and substitute
"reasonably expected effects,".
      (2)  In Section 2 of the bill, in added Section 242.505(b),
Health and Safety Code (committee printing, page 2, line 42),
strike "prescribe" and substitute "administer".
      (3)  In Section 2 of the bill, in added Section 242.505(c),
Health and Safety Code (committee printing, page 2, lines 61 and 62
and 65-67), strike Subsections (c)(2)(C) and (c)(2)(E) and reletter
the remaining paragraphs accordingly.
      (4)  In Section 2 of the bill, in added Section
242.505(c)(2)(D), Health and Safety Code (committee printing, page
2, line 64), after the semicolon add "and".
      (5)  In Section 2 of the bill, strike added Sections
242.505(d) and (f), Health and Safety Code (committee printing,
page 3, lines 8-14 and 17-25), and reletter the remaining
subsections accordingly.
      (6)  In Section 2 of the bill, in added Section
242.505(g)(1), Health and Safety Code (committee printing, page 3,
lines 31-33), strike "and that the physician has evaluated but
rejected other generally accepted, less intrusive forms of
treatment, if any".
