Amend SB 399 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, after the semicolon in Section
545.414(c)(3), Transportation Code (Committee Printing, page 1,
line 21), strike "or".
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 545.414(c),
Transportation Code, between "household" and the period (Committee
Printing, page 1, line 23), insert the following: "; or
            (5)  operating the vehicle in a hayride permitted by
the governing body of or a law enforcement agency of each county or
municipality in which the hayride will occur".
