Amend CSSB 430 (Senate Committee Printing) as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, line 56, delete the words "AT-RISK" and
insert the following language after the word "YOUTH":
AT RISK OF COMMITTING VIOLENT ACTS.
      (2)  On page 2, line 60, delete the words "at-risk" and
insert the following language after the word "youth":
at risk of committing violent acts.
