Amend CSSB 431 in Section 6, Article 21.09, Insurance Code,
as amended by SECTION 2 of the bill (page 4, line 2, house
committee printing), between "type." and "<RULES>", by inserting the
following new Subsection (g):
      (g)  The commission paid to the license holder under this
section may not exceed 15 percent of the policy premium.
