Amend CSSB 431, committee report printing, in SECTION 2 of
the bill, as follows:
      (1)  in Section 6(e), Article 21.09, Insurance Code
(committee printing, page 2, line 10), by striking "and".
      (2)  in Section 6(e), Article 21.09, Insurance Code
(committee report printing, page 2, line 12), insert the following
between "coverage" and the period:
            (5)  the insurance coverage may be canceled at the
option of the consumer, with the consumer receiving any refund to
which the consumer is entitled; and
            (6)  the cost of any insurance coverage offered by the
license holder under this section will be added to the rent due
under the lease agreement
