Amend SB 438 by adding Subsection (d) to SECTION 1 of the
bill as follows (senate committee printing, page 1, line 34):
      "(d)  This section does not:
            (1)  authorize natural resources located on or under
real property to be appraised separately from the real property for
property tax appraisal purposes; or
            (2)  subject real property condemned for the purpose
described by Subsection (b) to an additional tax as provided by
Section 23.46 or 23.55, Tax Code."
