Amend SB 441 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section
2162.106(a)(1), Government Code, between "employees" and "."
(Committee Printing, page 1, line 14), insert ", but not including
a state agency that participates in the pilot project created by
Article 8930, Revised Statutes".
      (2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 403.0222(a),
Government Code, between "employees" and "." (Committee Printing,
page 1, line 47), insert ", but not including a state agency that
participates in the pilot project created by Article 8930, Revised
Statutes".
