Amend CSSB 465 as follows:
      (1)  Strike Subdivision (2) of SECTION 1 of the bill
(Committee Printing, page 1, lines 16-19).
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 1,
line 20), strike "(3)" and substitute "(2)".
      (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 1,
line 22), strike "(4)" and substitute "(3)".
      (4)  In SECTION 2 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 1,
line 28), strike "the border region" and substitute "El Paso
County".
      (5)  Strike Subdivisions (2) and (3) of SECTION 3 of the bill
(Committee Printing, page 1, lines 32 through 37) and substitute:
            (2)  four members representing the city of El Paso,
appointed by the mayor of El Paso; and
            (3)  four members representing the county of El Paso,
appointed by the county judge.
      (6)  In SECTION 6 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 1,
lines 63-64), strike "the border region" and substitute "El Paso
County".
