Amend CSSB 471 as follows:
      Strike Sec. 342.604 in its entirety and substitute the
following:
      Sec. 342.604.  AUTHORIZED FINANCE CHARGE.  A lender may
charge a finance charge not to exceed the finance charge authorized
in Subchapter F, Finance Code.
