Amend SB 472 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2 line 16, strike "state jail felony" and
substitute "Class A misdemeanor".
      (2)  On page 2, line 19, strike "felony of the third degree"
and substitute "state jail felony".
      (3)  On page 6, line 23, strike "state jail felony" and
substitute "Class A misdemeanor".
      (4)  On page 6, line 26, strike "felony of the third degree"
and substitute "state jail felony".
