Amend CSSB 507 as follows:
      (1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, at the end of the heading to
added Chapter 209, Property Code (House Committee Report, page 1,
lines 7-8) insert "OR WINONAH BLEVINS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS
PROTECTION ACT".
      (2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 209.001,
Property Code, between "Texas Residential Property Owners
Protection Act" and the period (House Committee Report, page 1,
line 10), insert "or Winonah Blevins Residential Property Owners
Protection Act".
