Amend CSSB 558 in SECTION 1 of the bill, added Section
461.017, Health and Safety Code, as follows:
      (1)  In Subsection (a) (Committee Printing page 1, line 16),
strike "19" and substitute "20".
      (2)  In Subsection (a)(2), between Paragraphs (G) and (H)
(Committee Printing page 1, lines 37-38), insert "(H)  the Texas
Council on Offenders with Mental Impairments;" and reletter the
subsequent paragraphs accordingly.
