Amend CSSB 561 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 5 of the bill, in amended Section 271.904(a),
Local Government Code (Committee Printing page 2, line 16), strike
"engineering or" and substitute "construction, engineering, or".
      (2)  In SECTION 5 of the bill, in amended Section 271.904(a),
Local Government Code (Committee Printing page 2, line 18), between
"a" and "licensed" insert "contractor,".
      (3)  In SECTION 5 of the bill, in amended Section 271.904(a),
Local Government Code (Committee Printing page 2, line 19), strike
"engineer" and substitute "engineer,".
