Amend CSSB 873 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 1,
lines 20-24 and page 2, lines 1-3) strike proposed Section
232.101(a), Local Government Code.
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 232.101,
Local Government Code (Committee Printing, page 2 line 4), strike
"(b)".
