Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 873 as follows:
      (1)  Strike Part one of the amendment.
      (2)  Insert the following as Part one of the amendment:  "In
SECTION 1 of the bill, strike the new Subsection 232.100(2)
(Committee Printing, page 1, lines 20-24), and substitute the
following:
            (2)  in a county:
                  (A)  with a population of 200,000 or more; or
                  (B)  adjacent to a county with a population of
700,000 or more and within the same metropolitan statistical area
as designated by the United States Office of Management and
Budget."
