Amend SB 975 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 29.903(c),
Education Code (page 2, line 1), strike "or".
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 29.903(c),
Education Code (page 2, line 2), strike the period and substitute
"; or".
      (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 29.903(c),
Education Code (page 2, between lines 2 and 3), insert the
following:
            (3)  population of underserved gifted and talented
students, as determined by the commissioner.
