AMEND CSSB 1156, on page 7, between lines 15 and 16 to insert
the following:
      (3) "Spouse" means a husband, who is a male, or a wife, who
is a female.  A member of a civil union or similar relationship
entered into in another state between persons of the same sex is
not a spouse.
