      (1)  In the bill caption (Committee printing page 1, line
10), between "a" and "child-care" insert "voluntary"
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the heading of Chapter 41,
Human Resources Code (Committee printing page 1, line 15), between
the period and "CHILD-CARE", insert "VOLUNTARY"
      (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the heading for Section
41.002, Human Resources Code (Committee printing page 1, line 25),
strike "CREATION." and substitute "CREATION OF VOLUNTARY CHILD-CARE
REGISTRY."
      (4)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 41.002, Human
Resources Code (Committee printing page 1, line 25),  between
"REGISTRY." and "The", insert "(a)"
      (5)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 41.002, Human
