Amend SB 1376 on page 3, lines 19 through 23, by striking
subsection "k," and inserting a new subsection "k" as follows:
      (k) In this section, "immediate jeopardy to health and
safety" is defined by the definition of "Immediate jeopardy"
contained in 42 CFR, Section 488.301.
