Amend CSSB 1485 as follows:
      (1)  In Subsection (a), Section 403.403, Government Code, as
added by SECTION 1 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 1, line
45), strike "six" and substitute "eight".
      (2)  At the end of Subdivision (2), Subsection (b), Section
403.403, Government Code, as added by SECTION 1 of the bill
(Committee Printing, page 1, line 54), strike "; and" and
substitute ";".
      (3)  At the end of Subdivision (3), Subsection (b), Section
403.403, Government Code, as added by SECTION 1 of the bill
(Committee Printing, page 1, line 57), strike the period and
substitute the following:
      ; and
            (4)  two persons who reside in a county of this state
with above state average unemployment and below state average per
capita income and who have experience and knowledge in
technology-related  business growth.
      (4)  In Subsection (c), Section 403.403, Government Code, as
added by SECTION 1 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 1, line 59
and line 60), strike each occurrence of "three" and substitute
"four".
