Amend SB 1776 (Engrossed version) as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, in Subsection (c) (page 4,
line 5), strike "or".
      (2)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, at the end of Subsection (c),
between "Code" and the period (page 4, line 6), insert ", or a
telecommunications provider as defined by Section 51.002, Utilities
Code".
      (3)  In SECTION 7 of the bill, between "line," and
"pipeline" (page 4, between lines 9 and 10), insert
"telecommunications or other public utility facility,".
