Amend CSSB 1814 as follows:
      In SECTION 1 (Senate committee report, page 1, line 40),
insert the following new subsection:
      (h)  Any school that increases tuition charges as described
in Section 54.008(f) and (g) must dedicate a total of 40 percent of
this increase to scholarships or other financial assistance for
students with financial need in the law and pharmacy programs
described above.
