Amend CSSB 1839 (senate committee printing) as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 10.02  of the bill, at the end of Subdivision
(1)(B), between the semicolon and "and" (page 16, line 56), insert
the following new Subdivision (2):
            (2)  whether the Medicaid rate component applicable to
institutions' reimbursement for professional liability insurance
costs is adequate;
      (2)  Renumber subdivisions of SECTION 10.02 appropriately.
