officer, department, agency, or institution.

House Bill 3694 amends the Government Code to provide that the
Commissioners Court of Cameron County is authorized to pay the district
judge who serves as the local administrative district judge in the county
an annual salary for judicial and administrative duties in an amount set by
the commissioners court in addition to the authorized annual salary.
