Chapter 21, Penal Code, is amended by adding 1-13 Section 21.15 to read as follows: 1-14 Sec. 21.15. IMPROPER PHOTOGRAPHY OR VISUAL RECORDING. (a) 1-15 A person commits an offense if the person photographs or by 1-16 videotape or other electronic means visually records another: 1-17 (1) without the other person's consent; and 1-18 (2) with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire 1-19 of any person. 1-20 (b) An offense under this section is a state jail felony. 1-21 SECTION 2.
