                                A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 1-1                                   AN ACT
 1-2     relating to posting reports of inspections of certain food service
 1-3     establishments.
 1-4           BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 1-5           SECTION 1. Chapter 437, Health and Safety Code, is amended by
 1-6     adding Section 437.0093 to read as follows:
 1-7           Sec. 437.0093.  POSTING INSPECTION REPORT. A food service
 1-8     establishment, retail food store, mobile food unit, roadside food
 1-9     vendor, or temporary food service establishment shall post the
1-10     report of an inspection performed by a municipality or under
1-11     Section 437.009 in a conspicuous place for at least 60 days after
1-12     the date of the inspection.
1-13           SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2001.
