                                A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 1-1                                   AN ACT
 1-2     relating to the definition of an antique vehicle under the junked
 1-3     vehicle public nuisance law.
 1-4           BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 1-5           SECTION 1. Section 683.077(b)(1), Transportation Code, is
 1-6     amended to read as follows:
 1-7                 (1)  "Antique vehicle" means a passenger car or truck
 1-8     that is at least 25 [35] years old.
 1-9           SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2001.
