1-1                                   AN ACT
 1-2     relating to the juvenile board of Kendall County.
 1-3           BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 1-4           SECTION 1. Section 152.1361(a), Human Resources Code, is
 1-5     amended to read as follows:
 1-6           (a)  The juvenile board of Kendall County is composed of the
 1-7     county judge, the judge of the county court at law, and the
 1-8     district judges in Kendall County.
 1-9           SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2001.
