                                A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 1-1                                   AN ACT
 1-2     relating to Attorney General providing services to conservation
 1-3     districts.
 1-4           BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 1-5           SECTION 1.  Section 201.101, Agriculture Code, is amended by
 1-6     adding new Subsection (g) to read as follows:
 1-7           (g)  A conservation district may call upon the attorney
 1-8     general of the state to provide legal services as may be required
 1-9     in the case where the conservation district has expended 25 percent
1-10     of the district's financial resources to enforce flood easements
1-11     held by the conservation district.
