No. 3168 77R7817 RJA-D A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1-1 AN ACT 1-2 relating to the composition of judicial districts in this state. 1-3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: 1-4 SECTION 1. Subchapters B, C, D, and E, Chapter 24, 1-5 Government Code, are repealed. 1-6 SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Government Code, is amended by adding 1-7 Subchapter AA to read as follows: 1-8 SUBCHAPTER AA. JUDICIAL DISTRICTS 1-9 Sec. 24.0001. DISTRICT A-1.
