                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, State Representative Kyle Janek and his cherished
 1-2     wife, Shannon, indeed have much reason to celebrate, as December
 1-3     16, 2000, marked the birth of the couple's second child, William
 1-4     Walker "Will" Janek; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, Making his debut at 11:18 p.m. on that memorable
 1-6     Saturday evening, Will certainly brought additional delight and
 1-7     excitement to the holiday season, and his long-awaited arrival has
 1-8     since been a source of great pride to the family's extensive circle
 1-9     of relatives and friends; blessed with an irresistible smile and a
1-10     charming personality, this tiny Texan has earned a host of
1-11     attentive admirers, including his adoring grandparents, Jimmy and
1-12     Carolyn Riddle and Eddie and Doris Janek, and his most dedicated
1-13     attendant, his big brother, Ryan Edward Janek; and
1-14           WHEREAS, Baby Will joins a family rich in respect, patience,
1-15     and unconditional love, and he will undoubtedly appreciate this
1-16     strong foundation as he embarks on a bright and promising future;
1-17     and
1-18           WHEREAS, The birth of a child is always a momentous event,
1-19     and it is truly a privilege to formally announce the arrival of the
1-20     newest Janek son and to congratulate his parents on this truly
1-21     special occasion; now, therefore, be it
1-22           RESOLVED, That the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas
1-23     hereby officially welcome William Walker Janek as a new citizen of
1-24     Texas and extend warmest congratulations to State Representative
 2-1     Kyle Janek and Shannon Janek on the birth of their beloved baby
 2-2     boy; and, be it further
 2-3           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 2-4     prepared for William Walker Janek and his parents as an expression
 2-5     of highest regard by the Texas House of Representatives and Senate.
