HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, October 25, 1999, was a day of special significance
 1-2     in the lives of Eugenia Marie and Stephen Arthur Gonzalez of
 1-3     Pflugerville, for on that day they became the proud parents of an
 1-4     adorable baby boy whom they named Christian Alexander Gonzalez; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, Christian Alexander weighed in at eight pounds,
 1-6     eight ounces, and measured  19-1/2 inches in length when he was
 1-7     born at 11:53 a.m. at Seton Northwest Hospital in Austin; and
 1-8           WHEREAS, The long-awaited arrival of this beloved new Texan
 1-9     has brought great joy to his parents, his brother, Jacob Jeffrey,
1-10     his maternal grandparents, Margaret Wells and Daniel Torres, and
1-11     his paternal grandparents, Leonila M. and Arturo R. Gonzalez, Jr.;
1-12     and
1-13           WHEREAS, The birth of a child is always a momentous event,
1-14     and it is a pleasure to formally announce the birth of this
1-15     handsome new citizen and to honor his delighted parents and
1-16     brother; now, therefore, be it
1-17           RESOLVED, That the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas
1-18     hereby officially welcome Christian Alexander Gonzalez and extend
1-19     heartfelt congratulations to Stephen and Eugenia Gonzalez on the
1-20     birth of their cherished son; and, be it further
1-21           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
1-22     prepared for Christian Alexander Gonzalez and his parents as an
1-23     expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives and
1-24     Senate.
