                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2744 has been adopted by the house of
 1-2     representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
 1-3     enrollment; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-5     corrected; now, therefore, be it
 1-6           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
 1-8     to correct House Bill No. 2744 as follows:
 1-9           (1)  In Section 6 of the bill, in amended Section 775.071(b),
1-10     Health and Safety Code, strike "775.079,".
1-11           (2)  In Section 11 of the bill, in amended Section
1-12     776.071(b), Health and Safety Code, strike "776.079,".
1-13           (3)  In Section 18 of the bill, in amended Section
1-14     794.071(b), Health and Safety Code, strike "794.079,".
