                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2735 has been adopted by the house of
 1-2     representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
 1-3     enrollment; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-5     corrected;  now, therefore, be it
 1-6           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
 1-8     to correct House Bill No. 2735 as follows:
 1-9           (1)  On page 10, line 25, strike "57.048, and 57.049" and
1-10     substitute "57.049, and 57.050".
1-11           (2)  On page 11, line 6, between "licensed" and "without",
1-12     insert "or certified".
1-13           (3)  On page 11, lines 12-14, strike "A license issued under
1-14     this section may be renewed in the same manner as other licenses"
1-15     and substitute "A license or certificate issued under this section
1-16     may be renewed in the same manner as other licenses or
1-17     certificates".
