                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2323 has been adopted by the house of
 1-2     representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
 1-3     enrollment; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-5     corrected;  now, therefore, be it
 1-6           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
 1-8     to correct House Bill No. 2323 as follows:
 1-9           (1)  Change the heading to Subchapter X, Chapter 61,
1-10     Education Code, as added by the Senate Committee Report, to read as
1-11     follows:
1-12       SUBCHAPTER X.  REPAYMENT OF CERTAIN LAW SCHOOL EDUCATION LOANS:
1-13         ATTORNEY OF NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION SERVING INDIGENT PERSONS
1-14           (2)  Redesignate Subchapter X, Chapter 61, Education Code, as
1-15     added by Senate Floor Amendment No. 2, as Subchapter Y, Chapter 61,
1-16     Education Code, and change the heading to that subchapter to read
1-17     as follows:
1-18          SUBCHAPTER Y.  REPAYMENT OF CERTAIN LAW SCHOOL EDUCATION
1-19                LOANS:  ASSISTANT DISTRICT OR COUNTY ATTORNEY
1-20           (3)  Renumber Sections 61.951-61.959, Education Code, as
1-21     added by Senate Floor Amendment No. 2, as Sections 61.9601-61.9609,
1-22     and correct internal cross-references to those sections in the bill
1-23     accordingly.
