HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS,  House Bill No. 2912 has been adopted by the house
 1-2     of representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
 1-3     enrollment; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-5     corrected; now, therefore, be it
 1-6           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the  State of Texas, That
 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
 1-8     to correct House Bill No. 2912 as follows:
 1-9           (1)  In Section 5.754(h), Water Code, as added by the Senate
1-10     Committee Substitute, strike "poor performer" and substitute
1-11     "lowest".
1-12           (2)  In Section 382.0216(i), Health and Safety Code, as added
1-13     by the Conference Committee, strike "knew or should have known that
1-14     the information in the report was incomplete, inaccurate or
1-15     untimely" and substitute "knowingly or intentionally falsified the
1-16     information in the report".
1-17           (3)  In Section 361.122(3), Health and Safety Code, as added
1-18     by Senate Floor Amendment No. 24, between "application" and
1-19     "commission", insert "by the".
1-20           (4)  In Section 13.4115, Water Code, added by the senate
1-21     committee substitute, strike "retail".
