                             HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
 1-1           WHEREAS, House Bill No. 2484 has been adopted by the house of
 1-2     representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
 1-3     enrollment; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
 1-5     corrected;  now, therefore, be it
 1-6           RESOLVED by the 77th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
 1-7     the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
 1-8     to correct House Bill No. 2484 as follows:
 1-9           (1)  In the SECTION of the bill that amends Section 3.07(d),
1-10     Texas Racing Act (Article 179e, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes),
1-11     between "shall be forwarded to the commission for approval as" and
1-12     "include but are not limited to", insert "to the reasonableness of
1-13     the charges for the services. Charges may".
1-14           (2)  Strike SECTION 10 of the bill repealing Sections
1-15     6.091(c)-(j) and 11.011(h)-(j) and substitute the following
1-16     SECTION:
1-17           SECTION 10. Sections 6.091(c)-(j) and 11.011(h)-(j), Texas
1-18     Racing Act (Article 179e, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), are
1-19     repealed.
