                                 R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, March 3, 2001, will mark the grand opening of the
 1-2     Nickel Sandwich Grill in Houston, and this auspicious occasion
 1-3     truly merits special recognition; and
 1-4           WHEREAS, A healthy economic climate is fostered by small,
 1-5     independent businesses, and this new addition to the city's Fifth
 1-6     Ward area, owned by Craig Leolden Presley, is a notable example of
 1-7     the state's thriving entrepreneurial spirit; and
 1-8           WHEREAS, The Fifth Ward community will no doubt welcome the
 1-9     Nickel Sandwich Grill with open arms, and it is indeed appropriate
1-10     to honor Mr. Presley as he celebrates the grand opening of what
1-11     promises to be a successful and exciting venture; now, therefore,
1-12     be it
1-13           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 77th Texas
1-14     Legislature hereby congratulate Craig Leolden Presley on the
1-15     opening of the Nickel Sandwich Grill and extend to him sincere best
1-16     wishes for continued success; and, be it further
1-17           RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
1-18     prepared for Mr. Presley as an expression of high regard by the
1-19     Texas House of Representatives.
