R E S O L U T I O N
 1-1           WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives takes great
 1-2     pleasure in welcoming the kindergarten and first grade students
 1-3     from Packsaddle Elementary School in Kingsland  to the State
 1-4     Capitol; and
 1-5           WHEREAS, In its second year of existence, Packsaddle
 1-6     Elementary is represented today by the nearly 100 students who have
 1-7     filled the first classes of this notable new school; and
 1-8           WHEREAS, Under the leadership of Principal John Hauser, the
 1-9     school provides the finest in learning opportunities to children
1-10     living in Buchanan Dam, Kingsland, Sunrise Beach, Blue Lake,
1-11     Horseshoe Bay, Deer Haven, Sandy Harbor, and Oak Ridge; and
1-12           WHEREAS, Faculty and staff work together to provide a
1-13     positive educational environment where every student can excel and
1-14     a rich curriculum designed to prepare each child of today to be a
1-15     good and successful citizen of tomorrow; now, therefore, be it
1-16           RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 77th Texas
1-17     Legislature welcome the teachers and students of Packsaddle
1-18     Elementary School to the State Capitol on April 10, 2001, and
1-19     extend to them sincere best wishes for a memorable and enjoyable
1-20     visit.
